Welcome to Dance Off Challenge

This is an exciting time to be a performer. As the boundaries of dance are being pushed further and further, a new generation of dancer has emerged; and with it, the need for a new concept in dance competitions. Dance Off Challenge has been developed to extend students in our constantly changing world of performance. We are committed to providing a positive and rewarding environment where performers can flourish and nurture their passion for dance.

Dance Off Challenge offers two exciting events.

In our fast paced lifestyles, it can be difficult to find opportunities to extend yourself as a dancer. Dance Off Audition Challenge gives dancers the opportunity to learn choreography from an industry professional and compete in an audition style ‘dance off’ before a panel of judges. Set in a theatre, just like a reality TV program, an elimination process will be conducted, allowing students to experience a different style of competition whilst gaining the valuable experience of an audition. Constructive crit sheets will be provided to allow performers to build further on their skills. Dance technique, speed at absorbing choreography and performance quality will be the main points for adjudication. This is the perfect challenge for students who are keen to extend their dance skills further.
